Title: Commercial Timer not working properly

Hello, i've been trying to use the Commercial Timer, but sometimes it just stops and stop sending advertisement for some reason. The Coutdown is just stopped and doesnt reset.

I wasn't but it was working before. I noticed that it doenst not work when stream is offline, is that how it works?

Yes, running ads when you are offline is against the Twitch TOS, and I don't believe Twitch will even let you.
