Title: Sub Notification not being able to change after using MOVE SUBS on Sub Manager

Hello, after i managed my User Database and altered all my subs to VIPS Silver when i try to go to config tab -> Sub Notification.

When im in sub notification i can't alter VIP Level for new subs. I wish every sub from now on comes as VIP Silver.

Help me.

I could use some help, i don't know if it's a bug or not, i just wanted to move my actual subscribers, now the new ones i have to change by hand.

Please run update.exe in the installation directory and try again.
