Title: [Bug] Command Cost

Bug: Commands will play/go thru even if they don't have enough points
Info: Pretty sure this will also happen even for just a simple command. Maybe even buying VIP.
How did you produce this bug or come across it?: Check Image.

Fixed in 0.7.0.16
