Title: Change of bot name due to email problems

So when twitch made everyone reset there passwords i forgot rookiebot's email so i kinda need to change its name from RookieBot -> CeskiaBot

Use Google Chrome's Incognito Mode (Ctrl + Shift + N) if having troubles logging in.
