Title: Good for small Streams - bad for big ones!
Post by: LPMassive on April 15, 2015, 05:20:58 AM
Hello!

Your Bot isnt bad for small and medium Streams, but when you have 3000+ Viewers and a really active chat, the bot crash every few minutes.
Raffles can not be done, because after I start the raffle, the bot freezes within 2 seconds.

And no, its not only me. I have 2 good friends (1. average 10.000 Viewers and 2. 3.500 Viewers)

We tried all, but nothing can fix the problem.

Regards

Running as admin? Which raffles are you doing exactly?

Only "!ticket" Raffles - but the bot crashes many times without doing anything - no raffles, nothing.

Can you please send the error logs to deepbot@deep.sg ? It has been tested with streams ranging from 5000 - 7000 viewers before.

Thanks,
Experts

Under Chat tab tick "Hide ! Cmds", this will reduce the load on the BOT from processing them visually. Bot only crashes a few times since I have done that.

I'd personally only use this bot on a Virtual Private Server/Dedicated Server as they can handle on most occasions things such as this.
Try and limit the amount of things you have open on your desktop and run the bot in administrator as well as making compatibility mode Windows XP Service Pack 3.

This could do the trick.
