Title: Event Messages error: First Time vs. Welcome Back

There appears to be a bug where DeepBot recognizes all users as returning viewers even when they are not in the user database, thus spitting out the Welcome Back message and not the First Time Viewer.

Am I mistaken or is this an issue that everyone is seeing?

Did you leave the welcome back box empty?

I thought it was just me, I too am having issues with this. All my new viewers are getting the "Welcome back" message instead of the "First Time Viewer" message. See screen below.
Also, not sure what's causing this issue but chat for the bot seems to drop a lot because someone will be chatting and then for no apparent reason, they'll get the "Welcome Back" message when they haven't even left in the first place. Anyone else having that issue?
