is there a way to just have my in charge of my commands and to stop my admins from using this feature rather then unadmining them or kicking them lol

What commands? Custom commands? You can set custom commands to be only used by you.

the admin commands where they can ad channel commands untill i get things stright I was trying to disable them from adding channel commands like what the bot can say from a command if i explained this right...

Can't disable the built in-commands. But maybe in the future you could.
