Title: Command List Sorting

For !Cmdlist not necessary OPTIONS on how to sort the output, but at least maybe a default Alphabetical output rather than a chronological output from when the command was created.  I am able to look at a nice clean alphabetical list in my Channel Commands tab, but the output to channel has no rhyme or reason to the outside user.
