Title: Ranks not working?

After the update my custom ranks haven't been working at all, and I already paid for the month. The viewers can't check their ranks on my chat and when I check their rankings on the user database it's back to the original deepbot military ranks. Do you know how I can fix this or if I didn't pay enough monthly?
