Title: Need help with logins

I recently came back to streaming and could not get DeepBot to work (some crash problem after loading) so I uninstalled and re-installed Deepbot. I also donated $5 hoping thinking that my account would be VIP again. Now upon opening DeepBot I can't connect my streamer name or my bot name. My streamer name is KingPinDan and I think my bot was KingpinsBOT, but it's been a few months so I can't remember. I need help from admins to get it back and running

yes your bot name is KingpinsBOT, but you have an outdated version of the bot, pls run the update.exe in your deepbot folder

Ok thanks that worked :) Unfortunately I uninstalled and lost all of my info (channel commands, currency for followers) but starting from fresh isn't the worst thing. Thanks again for the help

I can't seem to login either. I still see the star on deepbot so I should be VIP but I changed my channel from terodius to terodiustv and now the bot refuses to connect.

did you get the permission from experts to change your stream channel?
