Title: More Betting/Poll Options

I'd really like to see the betting and poll get more of an open-ended amount of entries instead of being capped at 14 & 10 respectively.

Especially betting where I personally use it to bet on players in a multiplayer game which can be more than 14 players in most games. If it was more open-ended so you could make the amount of entries however many you wanted, it would be super helpful and more useful.
