Title: Giving VIP via Command?

Did a quick search and didn't find a relevant topic. Is there a way to give someone VIP via a chat command? I looked through the new command editor and saw you can automatically send VIP, but only to the person who activates the command. I did not see any sort of way to automatically give it to a @target@ (i.e. !givevip FreeObama)

This would be nice to have since I have a laptop to type commands but I don't want to put the bot on the laptop itself.

No there is no way to use the command to give someone vip. They would have to type the command in order to get VIP.
