Title: Certain users don't earn loyalty points?

For some reason, I have users that don't seem to earn points for being the channel while I'm live (or not live).  We've monitored him for 6-10 streams and his points haven't moved beyond certain points.  (he was stuck at 0 for a few days before that)

I've checked my user database and his info looks ok on my end.  Other users in the chat are earning points fine.  What could be causing this?

P.S.  I saw another user in my chat idle for hours (while I was live) and earned no points as well.

Do you have Only issue points to viewers active in chat in the last x mins checked? In your master settings. Config>Gear (Upper Right Corner)

Hmm, it's set to:

Only issue points to viewers active in chat in the last 0 mins

and the checkbox is checked.

I will try unchecking it and see if that fixes it.

Ya basically when you had it checked, they wouldn't earn points at all. But that should fix it.
