Title: Deepbot points not adding

Hi I have been a VIP member for a while and I have recently noticed that the points are not adding for people in the stream. It started with just a feew people and now I have noticed more and more. I do not know what to do. Also the multiplier doesn't multiply. Please help!!

You have the loyalty points timer enabled?

In your master settings (Config Tab>Gear (Upper Right Corner)), under points options do you have "Only Issue points to viewers active in chat in the last x mins" checked? If yes, try unchecking it. This option will only give points to users who said something in the last x mins in your chat.

Yeah I have the timer enabled. I will mess with the options again and do another check and see. Thanks for the reply.

Yeah so my point system is not adding at all. How can I have this fixed?

Mind Screen shotting your config tab? And your master settings, just the point option area?

I am having a issue where people are not getting the point in my channel. I tried attaching the screenshot of the settings, however every method I try says file is too large. Any advise??
