Hey guys,
I have done a search based on my issue, tried using the update.exe in file location, running as admin to get the updated deepbot but it gets stuck on unzipping and/or crashes on launch. could the updated link be sent to me please. many thanks.

Thank you, I have deepbot working on my desktop but it doesn't seem to like my laptop.

Can you post the errorlog/crashlog?
You can find them in your deepbot folder>Logs>Errorlog.txt or Crashlog.txt or both.

Please follow the following steps:
1) Install/Repair the x86 and x64 versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679
2) In the DeepBot folder, if DB_update.exe exists, rename that to update.exe
3) in the DeepBot folder, if DB_Ionic.Zip.dll exists, rename that to Ionic.Zip.dll
4) Run update.exe in admin mode (right click and Run as administrator)
