Title: Fix something so that whispers can be used in commands with the bot!

It would clean up a lot of clutter if whispers could be able to be used with commands. Whispering how many points someone has would be the biggest change and many other possibilities.

We are looking into how we can integrate the new whisper system with DeepBot. This could likely be an area where people may be able to view this information through whispers to avoid spam.

We will reach out to the community once we have evaluated the whisper integration and confirm if this and other features will be supported.
