Title: How to set uo custom commands?

I search video tutorial or something else that will show on how to do it, were it will show step by step how to add. But did not find anything. I only find this  http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/Custom+Commands But there it don't explain how to add. Can you explaip me pls how to add those commands?
