stream appears offline sometimes and online others (turning green and red) some people arent getting tokens :(

Sorry - for the delayed response. This is an unusual report...given over 150 streamers are on the Beta, I would imagine this would be a serious bug spotted by now.
I understand there were some issues with the API servers last weekend, which may have caused this behavior.

Could you please confirm if the issue still persists?

yes it still happens (4th time was this morning). I dont know how much others stream but I'm usualy streaming 12 hours a day maybe i break the bot (lol joke). I've temporarily fixed the problem kind of by making the same amount of points online as offline then when my stream is offline i switch the numbers so it gives 1 point not 10. If need be ill take screenshots for you :)

You can see in this screenshot a dead spot in API activity right around the time you reported your stream appearing offline.  It appears twitch has been having some problems with the API lately.  These dead spots may also explain why messages have been acting strange.

Edit - These times are EST so they may not be right for you.

I stream anywhere from 9-12 hours a day. Never had this issue. Will keep an eye out to see if this happens.

Yeah, Twitch seems heavily broken lately, not only video problems but now chat also.. there is a problem with raffles and other commands, users requesting move of chat to some kind of IRC :) I hope they will fix it soon. But you are not alone in it I believe..
