Title: Points issue

for some reason people cant call up how many points they have or transfer them.  The viewers are still earning them and can enter raffles and whatnot but can see how many they have.  How can I fix this? This problem just started about three days ago

Did you turn on to only check points in bot chat?
Whats your points name?
Did you set the check points timer?
Is the give command checked?
