Title: Arena Spam

Bug: Deepbot keeps spamming arenas without permission, even when arena is disabled.
Details: It will announce an arena, no one can join, then it will do the usual "no one has joined the arena" then spam it again in 5-10 minutes.
How did you come across this bug?: I ran deepbot and had it enter my channel like normal. It started doing this for me on Wednesday July 22 2015.
I've tried disabling the arena, running deepbot in administration, unmodding and remodding my bot. And it still happens. And sometimes shows my bot as a normal viewer and not a mod.

Do you possibly have a key set to start an arena and you are accidently pressing it?
