Title: Can't login my bot

I do not own the account. The bot is called "DCBot". I didn't know that we needed to own that name on Twitch for the bot, so now I am stuck. What should I do.

You need to make a bot account for DeepBot on Twitch.TV, once you have done that change the name on DeepBot so it will update your bot name and then connect.

So if my bot name was taken because I didn't make an account.. Is that link going to show me how to update with deepbot so it can connect?

The link will show you how to change your bot name so DeepBot can update and you can login.
Make sure you own the bot account and have its password!
