I have not used bot for about a month, just updated and it crashes on load. Uninstalled - Reinstalled with same result. What can I do to fix?
-
Can you please post your error log?
-
Error log stops at 8/1/2015. Nothing in error log...tried several times since then to start bot, keeps crashing.
-
It might be an Anti-Virus program stopping it from running.
Also try to run Update.exe as admin. (in your DeepBot files)
And no crash log?
-
It now says something went wrong while connecting to twitch, please try again later.
-
Can you post the crashlog instead?
-
There is no crash log. Loads all the way, but when I hit "Connect" it says after a long delay "something went wrong while connecting to twitch, please try again later"

I believe the most likely case is that your computer may be infected with a HTTPS proxy (Fiddler Root) which is preventing a secure connection to the deepbot servers.
To test this, simply open the API website in a browser ( https://api.deepbot.tv/ ) and check the SSL certificate (http://puu.sh/gcb5a/a66e09c770.png).
If it says fiddler root or *do not trust* then your computer is infected with a HTTPS proxy which is intercepting secure web traffic.

when I do the https://api.deepbot.tv link all it says is "SSL 0n". No Certificate info.

Click the lock?

Duh, thanx. Verified Certificate. No Fiddler.
