Title: how can i email support?

hey guys currently i had to upgrade to a newer pc do to the popularity and growth of my twitch channel. my channel is fairly large with 25k followers. everyone lost their ranks and points. how can i go about getting a log file to fix this? Thanks so much guys :)

Well you would need to grab the files off your old PC. The Data folder to be exact in your deepbot folder.
