Would Deep Bot be able to work with other streaming sites?

Not likely.  I'm unsure what other sites use for chat, but DeepBot is tailored to twitch's TMI chat system.

Some of the other sites use HTML5. Would be cool to be able to use Deep Bot on other streaming sites.

Deepbot is based around IRC chat protocol, compatibility with html 5 would essentially require a rewrite of much of the underlying functionality.  For now we will likely continue to focus on twitch integration.  It may be an option in the distant future but we have other things planned that we would like to implement first.  (Like a full, non-beta release, and user client)

Yeah - Unfortunately this project is only for Twitch currently and the foreseeable future.
However, like Izl mentioned, once it is established and released, if there is sufficient demand and infrastructure of a similar functionality to exist in another portal, then that can be explored at that time.
