Title: Ranking system !topranks is based on hours

Hey!

I thought this would haven been already fixed -  noticed this 2 months ago and wrote this in the streamer chat and an admins saw that. Well, seems its not :P

The problem is what I wrote in title. It doesnt matter which setting I use in the master settings "hours watched" or "points earned" the result for !tophours and !topranks is based on hours watched, so basically !topranks is not working

Seems to be working for me. The top is !topranks based on hours, then the middle one is !topranks based on points, and the last one is hours watched.
