can you give options for VIP Time? last month i donated $10 hoping to get 2 months of VIP but only got 1 its not a big deal to me as i like to support the project as its a great bot. but would like to donate for VIP in a bulk slot than just a month at a time as then i can forget worrying about my VIP running out at a bad time of month

If you are gonna pay more than $5, you need to contact expertsonline so he can adjust it to your payment. The system by default recognizes only $5.

So, only VIPS get access to follower and donation notifications??

How do you get vip acess? I donated $10 but never got any VIP access

You get one month free when you first get the bot. VIP is $5 every 30 days, you can make a payment here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/pay/

If you didn't receive VIP, you could contact expertsonline and see if it was possibly an error.

i donated $5 yesterday and i haven't received VIP and i have it auto pay every month i have messaged experts is there anything else i can try

Have you restarted deepbot?
Did you include your stream name in the payment box marked?
