Is there an existing guide or thread here which would enable text to speech for donations?
I've seen it on other bots but not sure if this is something we can do with DeepBot.

First you must enable the option "Read Donation Text" in the Donation Notification Settings, then you must setup the Speech Text. By default it is "$@amount@ donation recieved from @user@. @message@"
Make sure the volume is turned up in the master settings, or else you won't be able to here the actual voice.

Blimey, can't believe I missed that.
I am assuming this does not work in preview mode and has to be tested live?
-
It should work in preview mode.

Then nothing is happening.
Well....no sound anyway. Also let me clarify, I mean by using the DeepBot preview test for a donation.
Any ideas?

Okay, make sure your Donation Notifications are Setup with a checked Read Donation Text box. Also make sure speech text box has something like this in it:

Then in your master settings (Config Tab > Gear (Upper Right Corner) > Scroll to bottom) you have speech volume above 0, and a voice has been selected. Then hit preview to make sure it works:

As always Repent you save the day - awesome and thank you mate.
Out of interest is there anyway to add a chat command that triggers text to voice?
I was thinking about having a moderator/vip only command so they could trigger voice to text messages on a nice cooldown.

There currently isn't a chat command to trigger the TTS.
