i'm not sure if this is possible.  but i do giveaways and i've done some huge prizes lately.  but as usual it seems some people are more interested in winning and not helping the streamer.  so i get a lot of ppl in chat not watching the stream, just lurking to see other people start typing in the keyword then they follow suit.  i would like a setting in the raffle to only allow people who are actively viewing the channel at the time of the launch of the raffle, or even a stetting like, only ppl who have been watching for at least 5 min previous . you could change the time.
