Is there server issues. I logged in fine just yesterday, today I cannot connect. Deepbot is unable to connect to my streambot and I have changed nothing which means I cannot get to streamer login.
-
Can you take a screenshot of your config tab?
Are you running the bot as admin?
Have you tried changing servers / ports on the config tab?
-
Yes too both
-
Can you screenshot your config tab of deepbot?
Also, if you have an anti-virus, I would turn it off. Or allow deepbot to bypass it.
-
I have already uninstalled my antivirus just to be sure.
-
I am also having issues with twitch alerts log in. Could be twitch related.
-
I attached a screenshot in the above replies

Okay I reset twitch password, de-authorized both the bot twitch account and the streamer twitch account and re-authorized except I was able to Oauth password the streamer account but for the bot account I get incorrect account login. Please login to the bot account. Well i know the paswword is correct I just logged in the bot twitch account with my browswer. So still no lucl.

Could you change your port to 6667? All of Twitch's servers are down on the port 443 (which is what you have set).
-

Okay I have something I want you to try, since you are on windows 10. Make sure deepbot is closed during this.
So find your deepbot application (Either From your Desktop or your deepbot folder).
Right Click it > Properties > Security Tab > Then Make sure All accounts have Full Control Permission, if they don't, edit them and give them full control.
Try Starting up deepbot once this is done.
If it doesn't work, trying going to the compatibility tab > Check the first box "Run this Program compatibility mode for: Windows 8."

Okay tried that if its showing you i loggin on well on my end it just says connecting and never changes never goes green stays red cant even get to streamer name login tell it goes gree.

I believe the most likely case is that your computer may be infected with a HTTPS proxy (Fiddler Root) which is preventing a secure connection to the deepbot servers.
To test this, simply open the API website in a browser ( https://api.deepbot.tv/ ) and check the SSL certificate (http://puu.sh/gcb5a/a66e09c770.png).
If it says fiddler root or *do not trust* then your computer is infected with a HTTPS proxy which is intercepting secure web traffic.

Clean install of windows 10 here. Still having issues. I cannot auth my twitch bot. I cannot even request a password reset it has not be emailed me me. I fear its possible my bot account has been hacked and email changed to that account I may have to request a bot name change and create new bot account.

Okay got everything working now, finally was able to auth the bot
