Title: having trouble connecting

i barely got this deep bot and tried it out last night and it worked pretty fine, until i tired to use it today and it saying that something went wrong connecting to twitch, try again later. can some one help me with this or are twitch chat server are down?

Most Twitch chat where servers are offline. (ports 442)
They look online but if not try this server.
SERVER: 199.9.251.168
PORT: 6667
