Title: Ability to remove offensive names from Recent Followers/Tips/etc. Lists.

Subject line pretty much says it all. It is not uncommon for users to troll a channel with offensive name follows, and it would be great to be able to manually purge these names from those lists.

When I edit the text file in the OBS folder to remove the name, it automatically repopulates after the next follower.
