Title: Bot will not load

Bug: Bot will not load
Info: On the splash screen, the bot will not go past "Loading User Database ..." the app stops responding if clicked. I have attempted to use a backup file, but same thing. I do have VIP Status
How did you produce this bug or come across it?: Attempting to log on a few weeks ago

A few things you can do.

- Running as admin?
- Also, try running update.exe in your deepbot folder, to make sure you are on the latest update.
- Try disabling your anti-virus, or letting deepbot thru your anti-virus.
- Try updating/repairing these files:
- .C++ Redis (x86/x64): http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679
- .NET Framework 4.5.2 (x86/x64):  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642

If it still doesn't work, let me know.

Thank you kindly admin,

I run deepbot on admin and whitelist the app. I've also tried update.exe when I loaded the backup. I'll attempt these other system updates when I get home tomorrow. Thank you kindly for your response :)

I just got around to testing the bot after the suggested fixes, and the bot still remains stuck at "Loading user Database ..."

Any other tips?

Just running update.exe in your deepbot folder.

Hey guys, update.exe still doesn't help unfortunately... I'm at a loss :(

Do you have an anti-virus? If so, disable it or let deepbot be an exception.
