Title: Ability for channel moderators to skip certain songs which have been requested

Title explains it basically, I am thinking about something towards skipping certain songs and removing them from the queue. Since every song has a numerical ID when requested in the list, maybe something like !removesong # can be made for moderators. I want this because it is getting really annoying to listen to Rick Astley all the time. A song blacklist would also be a good idea although i saw thats already on the ideas list.

I believe it's already implemented:

!removesong x : Command to remove a song from the playlist Example: !removesong 5 (Only works if you are using the internal YouTube Player)

And mods can also use !playnextsong or !playprevsong to skip the current song.
