Title: Assign a VIP Rank to users command.

I'd like to know if there is any way to use a custom API or command in general to assign VIP ranks to users. E.G. !VIPuser RandomUser 1/2/3/ (Bronze/Silver/Gold). Thanks  :)

Yes, my Twitch name is Opticassasin, I don't actually own DeepBot, I am helping BohicaIce who has the bot set it up. I am listed as a editor on his channel and I am currently setting up commands. If me not owning the bot is a problem, I'll ask BohicaIce to post on the forums. Thanks again  :)
