I have several issues with deepbot, first all donations are mysterius gone and need to be refreshed in xsplit every startup!
Now its not working at all...

Don´t get info on followers, subs or donations
Channel commands will return if/when/are deleted
more to come...

Most of that was due to a big ddos.

With 5000 active streams - they should have some experience and back ups. I had this trouble for several days. And OK i understand that they are working like crazy...
BUT focus now guys and fix this I am a paying customer... And stop making @waether@ commands and focus on things that ppl whant...

BUT will DDOS explain that i had this trouble in several days? Something wrong on my site either?

We focus on what customers suggest to us for ideas on the bot. Also you signed up for a beta, betas and even things out of beta still have problems.

Yes, DDOS has been causing issues with streamer chat/chat tab/music player not working.
