Here are a few suggestion on fixing this problem for the time being:

*Make Sure Deepbot is closed when doing steps 1 - 4.

1. Close Deepbot and Flush your DNS. Guide on this: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
2. Try adding Deepbot.tv to your hosts file. (Check Image down below: 2a.) Guide on Host File editing: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/27350/beginner-geek-how-to-edit-your-hosts-file/

3. Go To your deepbot folder (by default: C:\DeepBot - Twitch Streamer Assistant ) > Find Deepbot.exe > Right Click > Properties. On General Tab, Unblock application if it is an option. Then on Security Tab Click on edit > Go thru each user and make sure "Full Control" is checked for all accounts/users > Hit apply > Okay. Then Start up deepbot. (Refer to images down below.)
4. Go to Twitch.tv with your Stream Account (Do your bot account too if possible.) > Settings/Options > Connections > Remove Deepbot.tv and Test.Deepbot.tv
5. Redo OAuth Logins for both Bot Login and Streamer Login

I have done every single thing in this list and I still get the notification that deepbot is being blocked by firewall or anti virus. I even turned said firewall off, to no avail. I've been using deepbot for several months, never had an issue. Now I have to go to another bot. Glad I supported...

Can you open cmd prompt and type these commands and post the results?

Ran sfc/scannow and then Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth in elevated cmd. Restarted and now Deepbot works perfectly.

I have tried all the steps above (1-5). For me the bot isn't white, but the surface is sort of "cut" and the content of the different tabs overlap... yesterday during streaming, suddenly i didn't get the messages of my twitch chat anymore. today i did the update and now, when i click any tab, the window of deepbot is sort of "cut" and i can't do anything anymore, because everything just overlaps... http://i.imgur.com/bsjhY72.png (http://i.imgur.com/bsjhY72.png)

help would be greatly appreciated.

DieOrge same thing is happening to me when i start up my deepbot this started for me ever since the newest update

no i gave up on it cause it was making me made so i uninstalled it and i'm going to wait to see what they say

The thing that worked for me was the little gear in the lower right corner of all the chat areas. I clicked it and then Reload Chat and everything started showing up finally.

I did the same and for me I can't even use the streamer chat, it's like frozen, but I can red the message not to write.

The only way I can see the chats is by using the pop out thing.

I have done everything from this post and still not able to log into deepbot please tweet me so some suggestions so that i can fix this i am a paying deepbot member & would like to be able to use this thank-you

Change date to yesterday or more and then once you have connected change the date back to today after that dont close the bot. some things like popups wont work but everything else will.

We are working on the fix.

I am able to connect to chat but cannot type in steamer chat. i am seeing all the other conversation but not able to participate.

Try redoing OAuth Logins on the Config tab.
