Title: Bug causing constant CPU usage since last update

I noticed after I finish streaming my deepbot is always using 15-20% cpu usage while idle.
The process that is using all this CPU is CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess (32bit).

This stops if I restart deepbot, and I'm unsure what causes it to be stuck at 20% again, but it's always after I finish streaming. I believe maybe something to do with the music requests?

What kind of cpu do you have?

I also have this bug

i5 4760k OC, seems like this problem crops up when I have song request enabled and songs playing?

Try not being on the music tab.

Nothing to do with being on the music tab, even when music is not playing and playlist cleared it's using up to 20% cpu! Only way to fix is to reboot deepbot, but then it happens again, which is every stream for me.

This is a bug and needs to be looked at. I believe it's the code that relates to the embedded browser.
