Title: Song requests - DJ requests lower priority than regular users
Post by: Rominiust on October 13, 2015, 05:08:59 PM
I'm wondering if there could be an option to add kind of tier requests for song requests.  So if it's the hosts playlist, it's tier 3 (lowest), if it's a DJ song request it's tier 2 (middle), and if it's a user song request it's tier 1 (highest).

This way if a DJ has requested maybe 10 songs, and a user requests one, it adds it to the top of the song request list, giving it the highest priority.  I don't personally use deepbot as I don't stream, but I'm a DJ for a fairly large streamer.  He's got his playlist of 300 or so songs, if anyone requests a song it adds it right at the top of the playlist, although DJ's and regular requests aren't differentiated in request priority by the looks.

Hope this isn't too confusing, thanks.

How would it know who is a DJ and who isn't?

By the VIP system that's already in place?  On the stream I DJ for VIP Gold is DJ status, with songs requests costing only 1 point, compared to Subscribers (songs cost 150 points).
