Title: Changing Botname lost my old account

Current Stream Name:HDCortex
Current Bot Name:Dingstabumsenbot

New Stream Name:HDCortex
New Bot Name:Hotspotbot

i lost the datas from dingstabumsenbot so i donated again but now its says
incorrect bot account for stream you are only allowed to login in with the bot account dingstabumsenbot

so please change the permission dat i can use hotspotbot on hdcortex

the problems are i dont have the email from dingstabumsenbot and twitch send me a password reply but i dont know the email so a admin need to change the permissions ;)

Your stream name is HDCortex and you just need a new bot name I understand, we can change both but you can also change your bot username follow that link.
No need to buy another copy of DeepBot unless you want a bot for one channel & another, we let you change your streamer username & bot username for free, that link shows you how to change bot username as i can see thats what you want, for a streamer username change then post that and Experts will update it, but for bot follow that link.

yes than i logged in with my new bot account it says apply for DeepBot
i cant loggin with my old account

ahhh know i have it i was thinking i need to login with my botaccount all the time and not with my streaming account

Yeah you just need to login with streamer account and change it.
