Title: Deepbot is not wanting to work correctly

So i have had deepbot for a while and it WAS working well. One day out of the blue it stopped working correctly. it isn't a crash as far as i can see commands and loyalty points still work but my custom ranks no longer show, bank heist wont work and the chat follower notification all stopped working. when i went into deepbot to see what was wrong i did not get any crash messages but i can not edit any of these features at all. Is anyone else experiencing this?

You are no longer VIP. When you first get the bot, you get one month of VIP free. Then it is $5 a month after that. It is all in the first post of the applications. ( http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=124.0 )
