Title: Changing Rank Names Not Working

Hey Everyone,

I have been trying to change the rank names in the Top Right Corner, Hit save and the database doesn't seem to update. I have tried restarting, I've uploaded the text files again then redid it and the same thing. Any one else having this problem or does anyone have a solution?
