Title: Bot ignoring users

Hello,
several of our users that have been around for a very long time, that happen to donate a lot too, have stopped being recognized by the bot. They are moderators in the channel and the bot disregards any donations or minigame commands made by them.
How do I fix this? thanks,

Are their points over 1 billion? If yes, then you need to make sure they don't go over, otherwise the bot sees them as having no points.
Try timing them out as well, that can also fix it, if points aren't over 1 billion.
