i did that all ready and nothing still cant log in

Use Google Chrome's Incognito Mode (Ctrl + Shift + N)

Okay, use Incognito mode, the keys to open up an incognito browser are ctrl + shift + n

You hit connect and enter your streamer login and can't connect?
