Title: Can I mask the !tickets command?

Hi guys,

If people are spamming to check their tickets/coins/whatever too frequently, is there a way to make the chat only report to them but not everyone else without having to resort to methods like slow mode?

Twitch chat does not have any way to send information to individual users.
For large streams we are working on an option of allowing point check requests to be moved to a separate chat (Your bot's stream chat) so that the spam in the main chat is reduced.
