an error occured whe trying to login to deepbot server. please ensure your connection is not being blocked by anti -virus software or firewalls

i cant not connect now 19-12-2015 19:24
also when i dont run aanti-virus or firewalls i never have this problem  before  can sam any one help me ?

Run the bot as admin?
Tried restarting your computer?

I have the same problem i get the below message i already ran it with admin:

i have the same problem exactly, and i tried both an admin access as well as a restart.
it just started today, i have made sure that i have the latest updated version, 0.8.6.0.
is there anything i can do to fix this on the short term

Another issue is the donation link is failing. I had to switch back to twitchalerts because when people clicked on my link http://deepbot.deep.sg/donations/donate.php?s=programmersam (http://deepbot.deep.sg/donations/donate.php?s=programmersam) this is what they got.

Definitely looks like a deepbot server side issue causing this, unfortunately deepbot servers having a problkem also means hte bot will not even connect to twitch which is a tad strange unless the bot routes or verifies your twitch data with the deepbot servers before passing it to twitch.

I am  having this problem and i really wish it would be fixed soon, my stream runs around deepbot. and would be a desaster streaming without deepbot. :(  :(

Ich habe das selbe Problem seit heute! Kann jemand deutsches helfen?

Heute Mittag ging es aber noch vor den 22 Windows 7 Updates! Nun nicht mehr, PC neugestartet, als Admin ausgeführt, Port mal geändert aber er loggt sich nicht ein!

DeepBot Version: 0.8.7.0

Benutze Kaspersky, auch wenn ich Ihn abschalte geht der Login nicht, die Firewall läuft über Kaspersky also die Windows 7 Firewall ist somit abgestellt. Es ging ja bis heute Mittag noch ohne Probleme.

Have anyone help for me in german?

Change date to yesterday or more and then once you have connected change the date back to today after that dont close the bot. some things like popups wont work but everything else will.

We are working on the fix.

It sounds like it's an issue with an expired SSL certificate.   For security reasons, some applications (including DeepBot) won't allow you to connect if the server's SSL certificate has expired.  This is generally considered to be a "good thing".  Changing the date on your computer gets your computer to think the certificate hasn't expired yet.   Doing this, however, can create other issues depending on what other software you're running.   Some software really doesn't like it, particularly if they use the date to verify a valid software license.

same. was about to stream then noticed I had the same error message. tried restarting the app as admin, reset computer, still same error message. Hope this gets fixed soon

Same issue, tried the DNS flush & admin reb00tz. Do you have an ETA or is this going to take a few dayz?
