Title: Points are not updating for some viewers

About a week ago I tried the points option where the bot only issues points to viewers active in chat for the last

a few days later I decided I didn't like that option so I took it off.
Afterwards it was brought to my attention that a few viewers haven't received any points at all for the past week and a half even though they were in chat.
Is that a bug? or I have no idea why several viewers haven't received any points at all.

Can you screenshot your settings?

Another thing to do is time them out or ban them then unban them.
