Title: install and failed info

hello after a reinstall of windows I once again have no clue what is wrong

I have installed and goto Auth the bot account first seems wont work, so i did main stream account and it works.
but always says bot account is not good, I even checked password via web it is fine, am i missing a step?
I had a paid account just forget a step

oh ffs..... had to change the names before auth....
