Title: Banned Word - Add Command

Hello!

Now that DeepBot has moderation options, which i love, it would be nice to be able to interact with some of them via chat commands.
Specifically, adding banned words/phrases to the blacklist with a command something to the effect of "!bword add banned_word_or_phrase".

In streams where DeepBot is the primary or only bot, this would allow mods and admins/editors a quick, temporary counter in the event of being flooded by spam bots or something of the sort, instead of relying solely on the streamer to put up measures in a case like that.
