Hello,
I pay twice 5$ to have access privilege to the bot stream, but you don't agree with my donation.
And now, after been hacked my credit card, I can't re pay for it.
What can I do ?

Your payments are not showing up on the admin panel, did you include your stream name in the twitch name box while making the payment?

I prove my ID transaction with that.
I dont remember (sry) about what was done or, not.... really sry for inconvenience.

Unfortunately we cannot use the trans. ID to find payments.  Can you please send me a message with the email used with PayPal?

You used the bot name instead of the stream name on the payments. We have corrected this now and created your licence.
Going forward please use the stream name on all future payments for VIP.
