Title: DeepBot custom cmd sound is bugged!

Hello, the new update for ability of volume in command sounds i cant controll it. I needed to turn it off because it's WAY TOO LOUD.

I put on 5% the volume on the command and even soo its MAX VOLUME.

I try change the volume on diferent ones and even restart the bot but its same thing. LOUD as hell.

Hi,

Are you running windows 10? as everything in my testing it works fine.

If not we can get one of the team to teamveiwer into the pc and see what we can do.

I have had this error with deepbot on windows 8.1 pro. What I found that worked for me was to delete the userconfig.bin file and restore a previous backed up file (backup manager tool) and it fixed the audio commands.  I do hope there will be an update to fix the issue as it does seem to happen often.
